Project execution is planned around client site rules, task risk and the selected methodology.

Where applicable, the project pack may include:

• Personnel competency and training records
• Equipment and mobilisation requirements
• Permit and access requirements

Aviation & remote operations

Where unmanned aircraft form part of the methodology, aviation requirements are defined around the country, operating environment, airspace, asset and project scope. No aerial methodology is mobilised until applicable operational and site requirements have been confirmed.

Competence before technology

V3 selects the delivery team around the evidence required — not simply around the equipment available. Specialist inspection, engineering, NDT, rope-access, survey or integrity inputs are incorporated through appropriately competent personnel or specialist delivery partners where required.

Clear technical boundaries

Remote inspection, imaging and asset intelligence can improve screening, targeting and evidence quality. They do not replace statutory inspection, professional engineering certification, competent-person assessment or specialist testing where those are required by the applicable regulation, standard or asset owner. Those responsibilities are identified explicitly during scoping.

Data & information control

Client information should remain connected to the correct client, project and authorised user. V3 Namibia structures project information around controlled access, traceable asset records and defined delivery permissions.

Depending on the project, delivery may include:

Specialist delivery network

V3 Namibia coordinates specialist capability around the asset and the required decision. This may include inspection, geospatial, renewable-energy, remote-access, NDT and asset-integrity specialists. The responsible party for each specialist deliverable, technical review and certification requirement is defined within the agreed project scope.
