Important: The final method is confirmed against the asset, operating conditions, hazardous-area requirements, access plan and client site controls. Remote inspection supports safer, better-targeted decisions; it does not replace statutory or competent-person requirements where those apply.

V3 coordinates evidence and specialist escalation around the asset and the decision. Where engineering certification, statutory sign-off, RBI, FFS or specialist NDT is required, the responsible competent specialist is appointed separately within the agreed scope.
